Deposits
All appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your scheduled time and are applied toward your service.
Jewelry Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not allow the use of jewelry brought from outside the studio. All jewelry must be purchased at The Juice Box Piercing.
Jewelry Refunds
All jewelry sales are final. Once jewelry has been worn or comes into contact with the piercing process, it is considered contaminated and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Health & Safety
We prioritize your health and the longevity of your piercing. Our policies are in place to ensure proper healing, reduce risk of infection, and maintain the highest standards of sterility.
Broken or Defective Jewelry
If your jewelry is broken or defective, returns or exchanges will be handled through The Juice Box in coordination with the jewelry manufacturer. Each company has its own policies regarding replacements, so procedures may vary. Please contact Jeane directly with any questions or concerns regarding defective jewelry.
